I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the location was perfect. However, the bed sheets were not the best quality, which was a minor downside. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with nothing major to complain about.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with an amazing view, lacking toiletries, but overall comfortable, especially with the included sitting area in the Junior Suite. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help, with Ayden going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The location is perfect, away from the city center traffic, close to Akbati mall, and surrounded by a variety of restaurants - a great value for the price. The dining experience is disappointing with limited options and poor coffee quality.
I stayed at this hotel with my 6-year-old kid and found the Junior Suite to be of very good size, clean, and very comfortable. The location in front of a huge shopping mall was convenient. The service was exceptional, especially from Ozkan the security guard and Emrah the receptionist. The hotel is very new and clean, with a nice area and a decent breakfast. However, the dining experience lacked options for certain needs.
